Beta Shop Frequently Asked Questions

How can I pay using a Purchase Order Number or Check? 

Log in using your Sponsor Credentials. These are required to select Purchase Order Number or Check as your payment method. 
If you are logged in and still do not see these options, email shop@betaclub.org with: 

  • Your first and last name 
  • School name 
  • Email address used to log in 


Quotes & Invoices 

How do I receive a quote for my future order? 

We cannot provide quotes due to varying shipping costs. However, you can: 

  1. Add your items to your cart and complete checkout using payment method Check 
  2. View your invoice for the total amount due 
  3. Mail your check or call 800-845-8281 to pay by credit card 


How can I obtain an invoice? 

If you didn’t receive an invoice by email: 

  1. Email shop@betaclub.org with your order number. 
  2. Your order number starts with “10000…” 
  3. If you cannot find your order number, check your inbox and spam folder. 


Orders & Shipping 

Where is my order? 

  • Allow up to 2 business days for order process and fullfillment 
  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM (EST) process the next business day 
  • Custom items require at least 10 business days for prodcution and process 
  • Tracking information will be emailed to the email provided when your order is picked up by the shipping service 


I paid for expedited shipping but haven’t received my order. Will it arrive in time? 

  • USPS Priority Mail is not guaranteed, even if it shows “1-Day,” “2-Day,” or “3-Day.” These are USPS estimates 
  • Orders can take up to 2 business days to process, so same-day orders with next-day air are not guaranteed to next day after order is placed 
  • Select shipping as if your order will ship two days after purchase 

 

Returns 

What is your return policy? How do I make a return? 

The Beta Shop strives for each order to be accurate, timely, and in good condition. If you are not completely satisfied, below is our return policy. 

  • Items must be unused with original tags and packaging 
  • Email your request to shop@betaclub.org within 60 calendar days of your orginal order date 
  1. Customer Name 
  2. Beta Shop order number (ex:#1000012345) 
  3. Reason for return (Defective item, incorrect order, etc.) 
  • Include a copy of your order confirmation email 
  • Return instructions are also located at the bottom of the Beta Shop home page under Returns 


Account & Login 

How do I log in as a sponsor? 

  1. Click the white silhouette icon in the top-right corner of the Beta Shop home page 
  2. If you clicked the shop link from the Sponsor Site, you are not logged in 
  3. Guests can reset passwords using their email 
  4. Sponsors should enter their email; if issues persist, email shop@betaclub.org to correct the issue 
  5. Your login must match your Sponsor Site credentials. We may need to manually set your account tSponsor 


Checkout Issues 

My credit card payment didn’t go through and the page just spins. 

  1. Close your browser and log back in — your cart should still be saved 
  2. Check all details, especially shipping and billing addresses 
  3. If using a school card, confirm the billing address is correct 
  4. If issues persist, email shop@betaclub.org so we can review your account
