Mobile App User Guide
National Beta | Gateway is the official mobile app of National Beta Club. Available for Sponsors, Members and guests, Gateway allows exclusive access to all things Beta:
State and National Convention – Gain quick access to Convention details such as schedules, general session agendas, voting portals, top 10 lists, facility maps,and more!
Service Hour Tracking – Members have the option to submit details regarding their recently completed service projects. Sponsors can easily review and approve, or deny service hours submitted by members.
Activity Leaderboards – Play along to see how your club ranks against other clubs across the country in service activities.
Downloading the App
Anyone can use the app! The app can be downloaded on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:
Logging In
The mobile app is open to all National Beta members, sponsors, and guests.
Member - To log into the app as a Member, click the Member Login button. Enter your Member ID, which can be found on your official membership card and your Last Name. If you cannot locate your Member ID, please either call the National Office at 800-845-8281 or ask your Sponsor to locate it for you on the Membership Roster.
Sponsor - To log into the app as a Sponsor, click the Sponsor Login button. Login credentials for all Sponsors will be the same information you use to access the Sponsor Site. If you do not know your login information, please either call the National Office 800-845-8281 or complete the
. If you’re the Sponsor of multiple clubs a gray box will appear in your main navigation under Club Activity Manager that days Change Club. Click this button to navigate between all the clubs of which you are listed as the Sponsor.Guest - To access the app as a Guest (parent/guardian, etc.), click GUEST.
